The Partners of ACFIN PARTNERS
Professional Experience:
After studying in France, Florian joined PwC Luxembourg in 2010 in the Accounting and Tax Department to work with a clientele of real estate funds. He then returned to France to join KPMG France in the national market, working in both audit and accounting for 5 years with groups.
He then decided to engage directly in the field and joined the Finance Department of the Granarolo group as a financial manager. With his experience, he joined Alan Allman Associates in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer to support the Group’s dynamics. He stayed there for six years, during which he led the Group’s financial strategy, guiding it through growth over the years, even leading to its listing on the Euronext Paris in 2021.
By the end of 2023, Florian had enabled the group to expand into 18 countries, addressing issues related to financing, taxation, Group structuring, and financial reporting obligations. In 2024 he partners with Alexandre and Inès to found ACFIN PARTNERS – a Franco-Luxembourgish accounting firm aiming to provide comprehensive support to entrepreneurs and groups for a serene future.
Education:
Florian studied at IAE Dijon to obtain a Master’s in Accounting-Audit and then a second Master’s in Tax Law and International Taxation. In 2015, while working at KPMG, he obtained his French chartered accounting diploma. Florian also holds the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers in France) certifications and the AMF Sustainable Finance certification.
Professional Experience:
After his studies in France and Canada, Alexandre joined PwC Luxembourg in the audit department. He stayed there for more than 5 years and worked with both listed and unlisted clients, in Luxembourg and internationally, predominantly commercial companies and financial holding companies.
In 2022, he joined the French listed group Alan Allman Associates in the financial management to contribute to its international development and financial reporting obligations.
In 2024 he partners with Florian and Inès to establish ACFIN PARTNERS – a Franco-Luxembourgish accounting firm to benefit both entrepreneurs and large groups from his past experiences.
Education:
Alexandre studied at ICN Business School to earn a Bachelor in Management in 2013. He then joined Grenoble Ecole de Management to obtain his Master’s with a specialization in Corporate Finance in 2015. Alongside his Master’s, Alexandre obtained the AMF certification (French Financial Markets Authority) in 2013. In 2017, while working at PwC Luxembourg, he obtained his Luxembourg chartered accounting diploma and is today registered with the Luxembourg Order of Chartered Accountants.
Professional Experience:
After her studies in Belgium, Inès went to work for the financial department of the Daimler group in Madrid where she first confronted the accounting profession. She then decided to return to Luxembourg, close to her roots, and joined PwC in the audit department. She stayed there for more than 4 years, working with both listed and unlisted clients, primarily commercial companies and alternative funds (private equity-real estate).
In 2023, she joined the French listed group Alan Allman Associates as a group financial controller where she worked hand in hand with the financial management to support its financial management and financial reporting obligations. Simultaneously, she also set up her own company to lead a project close to her heart: a distillery. Her training in management and Luxembourgish accounting helped her in many aspects related to this project, from establishment to stock and sales management, creating a business plan, bookkeeping, and tax declaration.
Strong from this entrepreneurial experience, she decides in 2024 to partner with Florian and Alexandre to establish ACFIN PARTNERS – a Franco-Luxembourgish accounting firm to benefit both entrepreneurs and large groups from her past experiences.
Education:
Inès studied at HEC-Liège (Belgium) to earn a degree in Management Sciences in 2015 and then her Master in Financial Analysis and Audit in 2017. In 2019, while working at PwC Luxembourg, she obtained her Luxembourg chartered accounting diploma.
